Vintage Navajo Watch Cuff — Signed Paterson

A one-of-a-kind vintage Navajo-style sterling silver watch cuff, signed "Paterson" on the inside band. Heavy and substantial in the hand, this piece features intricate silverwork throughout — a fan and shell motif at the center, twisted rope wire border, and hand-engraved leaf details across the band. The cuff holds four center cabochons (two turquoise, two coral) set in sawtooth bezels, with additional stone accents along the ends. The integrated watch is a Timex Electric with a gold-toned case and black dial. Note: the watch face is a replacement, not the original, and is sold untested and as-is. The crystal has visible scratching. A small crack is visible on one end of the cuff — shown clearly in the back photos. The piece is sold as-is; metal and stones are untested.
